PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Katherine Rowe focuses her practice on general litigation. Katherine is experienced in representing large and small clients with their litigation needs, primarily defending and advising them in employment issues, contract disputes, personal injury defense such as on-site injuries of non-employees and claims of malpractice of healthcare professionals.
Prior to joining BLJ, Katherine had extensive experience representing healthcare organizations, substance abuse rehabilitation facilities, medical professionals, and construction companies.
EXPERIENCE WITH PUBLIC ENTITIES
Katherine was a member of the legal panel representing the Regents of the University of California with a wide variety of legal issues affecting their employees and patients in both litigation and non-litigation matters.
