PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lindsay Gardner advises individuals and families on estate planning, elder law, and trust administration, providing comprehensive solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Her practice is rooted in a client-centered approach, helping families navigate complex decisions with thoughtful guidance. Whether preparing foundational documents like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives, or developing specialized strategies for long-term care and special needs planning, Lindsay focuses on creating plans that reflect her clients' values and priorities.

In addition, Lindsay supports clients through the complexities of probate administration, conservatorships, and guardianships. She is dedicated to helping families manage their legal responsibilities with clarity and compassion during sensitive life transitions.

Lindsay’s commitment to her clients is backed by a distinguished academic background. She excelled in law school, graduating from the University of Oregon in 2012, where she graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif. During her time in law school, she also earned a Master’s Degree in Conflict and Dispute Resolution.

In 2011, Lindsay was honored with the Ann Louise Litin Award, a scholarship recognizing law students who demonstrate a strong concern for others, enthusiasm, a generosity of the spirit, and loyalty to family and friends. All of which are qualities that remain at the heart of her legal practice today.
