Kilani M. Fierstos focuses her practice on estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Kilani works closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. She also aids clients in probate, conservatorship, and guardianship proceedings. Kilani provides clients with tailored legal solutions that reflect their needs and goals. She is passionate about helping clients navigate legal complexities with clarity and care during challenging times.
While at Willamette University College of Law, Kilani gained diverse legal experience through clerking for a criminal defense attorney, externing for the Honorable Darleen Ortega on the Oregon Court of Appeals, and drafting estate plans for clients in her school’s clinical law program.
Kilani draws on her broad background to offer legal guidance that emphasizes proactive problem-solving. Through an approachable and empathetic style, Kilani strives to build lasting relationships with her clients based on trust and understanding. Having grown up in Central Oregon, Kilani is excited to return to the area to practice law and give back to the community that shaped her.
