PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Makenzie Spinks focuses her practice on business and real estate transactions. Makenzie aims to help her clients by taking a holistic approach to legal issues and exercising a high level of attention to detail to ensure that no need goes unmet. From her experience working in-house and in business affairs, Makenzie has a unique understanding of the day-to-day challenges that businesses face, and because of this, Makenzie is better able to craft practical and effective solutions to keep her client’s affairs running smoothly.
Makenzie received her B.S. in Psychology with minors in Political Science and Legal Studies at the University of Oregon in 2018. She received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2021. Makenzie completed an intellectual property concentration in law school. While attending law school, Makenzie worked for the University of Oregon as a teaching assistant in undergraduate law classes.
