PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Paul Taylor’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions, including leasing, sales and acquisitions, construction law, business formation and real estate and business financing. Paul also assists our public law clients with operational and public contracting matters. He regularly counsels clients with regard to commercial loan documentation; commercial, office and retail leases; real property acquisitions; and construction contracts.
Paul joined Bryant, Lovlien & Jarvis in 2003 after practicing law in Portland since 1998.

Paul and his wife, Nancy, have three daughters, Grace, Jill and Kate. In his spare time, Paul enjoys road and mountain biking, reading, skiing and traveling.
