PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sierra Cullen handles civil litigation matters in the areas of business and real property, commercial and residential landlord-tenant law, collection matters, water law, local government law, employment law, as well as contested wills, trusts, guardianships, and conservatorships. Sierra enjoys diving into complex legal issues. He values providing meticulous and measured guidance to help clients navigate through challenging circumstances.
Sierra graduated from Willamette University College of Law. During law school he served as Editor in Chief of Willamette Law Online, source and cite editor on Willamette Law Review, and as a Teaching Assistant for a professor of Legal Research and Writing. Sierra brings experience from other law firms in Oregon that service real estate, business, litigation, and estate planning matters. Sierra also spent time working for an Oregon agricultural operation with their in-house legal department, and externed for a judge on the Oregon Court of Appeals.
